First Class Egg & Cheese Breakfast

bullet1 pound ham, sausage or bacon
bullet12 eggs
bullet1 large onion, chopped
bullet1 can cheddar cheese soup
bullet1 can cream of mushroom soup
bullet1 can milk (pour milk in mushroom soup can)
bullet1 box seasoned croutons
bullet12" Dutch oven

Fry and drain ham, sausage or bacon (cut into pieces).  Beat eggs, then add in all other ingredients and pour in Dutch oven.  Place 9-10 white hot charcoal briquettes under the Dutch oven and 18-20 white hot charcoal briquettes on top of the Dutch oven.  Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Serves 6-8.
