First Class Egg & Cheese Breakfast

Bill Walker, Boy Scout Troop 106, Pine Bluff, Arkansas

1 pound ham, sausage or bacon
12 eggs
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (pour milk in mushroom soup can)
1 box seasoned croutons
12" Dutch oven

Fry and drain ham, sausage or bacon (cut into pieces).  Beat eggs, then add in all other ingredients and pour in Dutch oven.  Place 9-10 white hot charcoal briquettes under the Dutch oven and 18-20 white hot charcoal briquettes on top of the Dutch oven.  Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Serves 6-8.
